About the role

As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition across all channels to help support ambitious growth objectives.

The role is customer obsessed and data driven, working with various teams to meet our Acquisition targets using all the tools at your disposal.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for entrepreneurship, with a keen eye for data and analysis, and able to identify insights to help our customers find increasing value with us. The role works closely with Product Managers to refine the product roadmap to tackle the highest impact opportunities to drive Growth.

Your responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer acquisition across new formats and optimise and scale existing growth channels.

  • Strategy: build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals.
  • Research & Analysis: analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy. Use GA, Google Tag Manager and other tools to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV.
  • Customer Acquisition: take ownership for our customer acquisition channels – paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Customer Conversion: own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, you’ll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX.
  • Customer Retention: ensure our customers get to their ‘AHA’ moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased.
  • Stakeholder Management: work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, design, finance, marketing, development, operations and customer success to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.
  • Management: lead, develop and inspire a team of growth marketers.

About you

  • 3+ years in relevant roles. Marketing, CRM, Retention, Digital Product Development, Business Strategy, Analytics & Insights
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and extreme comfort with data analysis
  • Leadership experience. Either as the manager of a team or via cross-functional projects where you drove change across the business
  • Think big. The opportunity is what you decide to make it. We want curious and creative individuals who question “how can we?” and inspire the rest of the business to do the same
  • Curious and proactive. Learning and discovery is what moves us. We seek to understand problems deeply and are proactive and fast in anticipating future needs (business and customers). Speed and clarity matter!

  • Empirical way of working. Exhibiting evidence based reasoning and consequent hypothesis formulation is a must
  • Strong communication skills. Experience building strategies and communicating them across a business. An ability to build great relationships with people from across the business
