The role:
• Assisting the new General Manager role with overall site management
• Be responsible for the overall operation of your unit regarding care and staffing, in accordance with CQC regulations
• Work closely with the other unit managers on site
• Be responsible for the overall management of the nursing and care staff
• Ensure that all staff complete the appropriate induction

Requirements for the Unit Manager:
• Experience in managing, developing and leading staff
• Good leadership skills
• Great communicator
• Strong understanding of CQC
• Registered Nurse (preferred)
