Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical development of garments from initial design through to production.
• Create and maintain detailed technical packs, including size specifications, construction details, and fabric performance requirements.
• Conduct fit sessions, ensuring garments meet the brand's standards for comfort, style, and functionality.
• Liaise with suppliers and factories to solve any technical issues and ensure garments are produced to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to review samples and provide feedback on fit, construction, and fabric.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, ethical, and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Continuously improve garment performance and innovation by staying updated with the latest technologies, materials, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Garment Technologist, ideally within casual or lifestyle apparel.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pattern making and grading would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using garment technology software and Microsoft Office applications.
