This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-established retail group experiencing significant growth. You'll play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business, driving insight, and influencing strategic decisions.What you'll be doing

• Owning the Business Planning & Forecasting cycle, partnering across Finance and Operations.
• Building and enhancing financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
• Leading new site modelling-evaluating viability, projecting performance, and supporting investment decisions.
• Providing clear, actionable analysis to senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
• Monitoring performance against plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting, modelling, and planning processes.

What we're looking for

• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-site or retail environment.
• Excellent financial modelling skills (Excel/Sheets) with the ability to build from scratch.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and curiosity.
• Part-qualified, qualified, or QBE-what matters most is capability and impact.
