Food and Beverage Supervisor Ideal Profile
- Always well presented
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service to guests
- Previous experience within a Front of House Supervisor position to a rosette standard
- Able to manage and motivate the team in order to provide excellent service
- Must have your own transport due to rural location
Food and Beverage Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supporting the senior members of the team to ensure a smooth service
- Setting up the restaurant ready for service
- Welcoming guests to the hotel
- Coaching employees to develop their skills and ensure service standards are met
- Supervising Restaurant sections, hosting and taking guest orders
- Resetting the restaurant at the end of the shift ready for the next service
