The Company
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in the Leicestershire area, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Fitter to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing continued expansion.
The Role
The successful candidate will work alongside a Fitter's Mate, travelling to retail and new build properties across the UK to install worktops and related products. This is a hands-on role involving regular travel, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Install worktops and associated products at customer sites
- Work collaboratively with a Fitter's Mate to complete installations efficiently
- Travel nationwide to retail and new build locations
- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Competent in the use of hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and practical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous installation or fitting experience (desirable)
