We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our leading clients who are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Fit-Out Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all site activities on a variety of projects across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with our Contract Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our client has a passion for perfection.
Our client has a strong client portfolio working with some of the most respected and recognised names in the UK & Ireland. This is a field-based role which requires extensive travel, you must have a driving licence for this role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all timely projects including all quality controls, Health & Safety, materials management, schedule and client management.
If you are an experienced Site Manager who has experience with large retail client/projects and come from a fit-out background, then this could be a long-term opportunity for you to explore.

- Quality Control: Maintain and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.
- Health and Safety: Prioritize site health and safety, taking proactive measures to create a safe working environment.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to take full control of projects, proactively address issues, and find effective solutions.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and schedules.
- Material Sourcing: Source materials efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and review reports to track project progress and communicate with the construction manager daily.
- Team Motivation: Keep project staff motivated and focused on project objectives.
- Honesty and Reliability: Uphold the values of honesty and reliability in all project activities.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out projects.
- Geographic Flexibility: Ability to work across the UK and Ireland.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized with strong planning, prioritization, and work sequencing abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and IT skills for effective project coordination.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Certifications: Hold relevant certifications including CSR, CSCS, SMSTS, and Safe Pass.
- Program Understanding: Ability to read and understand fast-track programs to ensure project timelines are met.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Experience in communicating with and coordinating subcontractors.
- First Aid: Hold a valid first-aid certification.
- Driving: Full driving license.
