Neon Search are partnered with a luxury fashion brand in search of a Financial Director Fluent in written & verbal French & English based in their London Head Office. You will work with the CEO & Commercial Director to ensure business sustainable growth through multichannel revenue.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review and comment legal and financial aspect of contracts with new partners (licence, distributors, collaboration, etc)
• Review supply chain evolution considering VAT compliance
• Support investment decision with analytics
• Oversee company structuration implementing processes and internal control
• Provide relevant, timely, accurate and easily understood financial information to support the key responsibility areas in head office
• Lead, coach and develop the finance department
• Ensure company financial and fiscal compliance
• Support financial accountant when needed on tax matters
• Manage company set-up across international markets in coordination with the brands local team

Who are you?

• 8-10 years’ experience in finance. Familiarity with the Fashion industry & retail business is a plus
• High level of detail orientation as well as strong analytical and accounting skills
• Good communication, autonomous, rigorous, pro-active, committed to quality
• Finance Degree, Master Finance 1 or 2, DESCF, CIMA or Newly qualified ACCA candidate
• Software: Advanced Excel, good knowledge of Power Point, Experience with ERP deployment (RLM) and BI tools (Tableau) is a real plus
