We're currently on the lookout for a skilled Finance Business Partner for a permanent role to join our dynamic team and contribute significantly to our continued success.
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be integral to our strategic and operational endeavours. Reporting to the Cluster Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborating closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you'll offer invaluable financial insights, analysis, and guidance to help drive our business objectives forward. From formulating strategic initiatives to enhancing operational efficiency, your role will be pivotal in shaping the trajectory of our attractions.
- Provide finance business partnering for key stakeholders, with a focus on pricing, margins, and profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting processes through close collaboration with the Finance Hub.
- Prepare comprehensive month-end commentaries and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support stakeholders in adopting correct finance processes and provide necessary training.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with organizational goals.
This is a full time role which will be based at Warwick Castle with occasional travel across the cluster.
Qualifications & Experience:
- You should ideally possess proven and demonstrable business partnering experience.
- You'll be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Strong commercial intellect and the ability to use considered insight to drive the business forward.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a real passion for this business and our brands
- Experience of managing relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to add real value to business decisions through your analytical approach
- Most importantly you won't be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
