Executive Administrator/PA

Overview:

Our client is a leader in the UK Retail sector, with roots in Scotland. Due to their continued expansion and success, they are looking for an Executive Administrator to keep the executive team in tip-top shape. This is an Edinburgh based, full time and permanent position with some excellent benefits for their new Executive Administrator!

Benefits and pay range:

  • £25,000-30,000
  • Mon-Fri, Permanent, Full Time Position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Diary management, including travel, meetings, accommodation, off-site events
  • Report development (board, analysis, and feedback) and distribution, while maintaining information systems
  • Communication with heads of department and staff regarding information sharing
  • Minute taking and action follow up
  • Facilities management for Edinburgh office, including health and safety adherence
  • Other administrative and assistant functions as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Similar experience at a board level
  • Flexible and common sense working approach
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills across all levels of staff and stakeholders
  • Experience with confidential information and sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
