Enterprise Solution Architect

Our client, a well-established retailer, is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join their IT department on a contract basis. This is will be a blend of operating at enterprise level and hands-on role working across all customer and digital-facing areas, with a focus on designing and delivering solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
You'll need strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working at enterprise level in customer-centric architectural design is essential, and previous experience in hospitality or membership-based environments will be highly beneficial.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Enterprise Solution Architect
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong background in customer-facing or digital transformation projects
Experience within booking or membership-based sectors is advantageous
