What will do you do as an Ecommerce Trading Executive?

Website Management

• Monitor our UK & International sites to ensure that our products are fully represented across all relevant categories
• Test & execute on-site promotions and price changes
• Ensure data integrity within the product catalogue, becoming a super-user for our PIM (Product Information Management) system
• Manage the product category pages and search pages, including filtering – ensuring the customer journey is as seamless as possible and all products are easily shoppable.
• Work within the Trading team to ensure all processes are completed daily/weekly/monthly to allow for optimal site operations with the ability to suggest process improvements to maximise efficiency
• Own the content briefing, testing, sign off and execution of on-site updates to support our trading plan

Optimisation

• Liaise with our SEO agency to maintain the website taxonomy, URL structure & meta-data
• Support and make recommendations in the continuous improvement of sessions, conversion, sales, and profitability of our UK & International websites
• Contribute ideas to support commercial and seasonal opportunities including AB testing
• Maintain & optimise site navigation for best product representation whilst ensuring SEO and site user experience (UX) are optimised within the web platform capabilities

Reporting / Analytics

• Report on digital trade highlighting key information and opportunity areas
• Product analysis, actively share insights on best-sellers, promotional activity, and stock levels
• Monitor sessions, conversion, AOV and other key metrics contributing to the analysis of these for regular trade and optimisation meetings

Cross functional collaboration

• Work with and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business (Buying, Studio, IT, merchandising) to ensure all products are live on the website in a timely manner through the product enrichment process, making sure all data is correct and optimised
• Be an active and positive representative of the digital team, encouraging data driven decision making, and ensuring the wider team follow processes

What will do need to succeed as anEcommerce Trading Executive?

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn
• Detail orientated with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail, effectively able to ensure products and on-site messaging meet brand guidelines, are consistent across channels, and of a high standard
• Experience and ability to work reactively in a fast-paced environment
• A confident and articulate communicator, both written and oral
• IT proficient, experience with microsoft office and excel
• Ability to analyse and interpret data, easily identifying issues and trends
• Ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships
• Active team player and collaborator

Desirable:

• 1-3 years ecommerce / digital experience
• An interest in fashion & retail
• Experience with website management tools including content management systems and product management tools, preferably Salesforce and Pimberly
• Experience with reporting tools, preferably Google Analytics SR1
• Experience managing product hierarchies and taxonomies SR2
