Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing CRM Executive based in London will be the following:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various
channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and
display advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences, campaign objectives,
and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each digital marketing initiative.
Implement, monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data and
analytics to optimise marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Manage their customer relationship management (CRM) system, including
customer segmentation, data cleansing, and database maintenance.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content,
designing templates, and tracking email performance metrics.
Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging CRM data and
insights to personalise customer experiences and nurture customer relationships.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute digital
marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business
objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices in digital marketing and CRM to identify opportunities for innovation and
competitive advantage.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital
assets, ensuring consistency across all digital marketing channels.
Provide regular reports and presentations on digital marketing and CRM performance
to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Digital Marketing CRM Executive will have the following skills:
Proven experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management,
preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social
media, search engine marketing, and display advertising (Meta and Google AdWords
preferable)
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing customer databases
(Klaviyo preferable)
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make
data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and improve customer experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling
content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a
collaborative team environment.
