Our client is a leading UK trade and diy tools and accessories business,supplying customers at home and worldwide.
To support their fast moving growth trajectory they need a creative individual experienced in the effective use of PR, social influencers and bloggers as well as traditional print media and exhibitions.
The role works closely with the Trade Marketing, Sales, Studio and NPD teams and requires close relationship building with agencies, influencers, bloggers and industry experts, finding and creating new opportunities which communicate effectively with the consumer.
Key Responsibilities Include:
·G rowing and managing the Influencers Programme
·W ork closely with the Marketing Director and campaign team to implement agreed web and online strategy and projects
·Work closely with the Technical Director and Design Studio to ensure that website marketing and promotion of products is adequately planned, co-ordinated and executed
·Create, execute and manage social media campaigns in support of product launches and other business objectives
·Create and launch regular social posts for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
·Create and build public relations and relationships with journalists and influencers.
The skill sets required Include:
·A well-developed appreciation for design, graphics and brand image
·Ability to multitask and manage a diverse workload - equally comfortable with the big picture and attention to detail
· Ability to fashion coherent web and online market plans using data sets and information
· Ability to write strategic reports, proposals, business cases and planning documents
· Posses an up to date knowledge of the latest social media platform development technologies and methodologies
·E xperience of web site promotion techniques, driving traffic, PPC, SEO analytics and improving metrics through AB testing and optimisation
