We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Development Technical Coordinator looking to join our growing Design Team.

What will you be responsible for:
As our Development Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating design activities between the design team (internal & external) and our construction sites. You will ensure that the design is coordinated to meet programme, costs and customer requirements.
For this role we are looking for the right candidate to have:
A minimum of 1 year relevant experience within the housing/construction industry
BTEC in Building Studies, Building Engineering or Building Management. Or - HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management or Architecture (including an industrial placement)
