You'll be part of a landmark community of around 1,500 luxury homes set within 86 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland in South East London-recognised with the Sir David Attenborough Award for its biodiversity and green spaces. With Kidbrooke station less than a ten-minute walk away, the development attracts a diverse mix of residents who value calm surroundings with swift connections to Central London and Canary Wharf. Your working day will be spent in a vibrant, high-end environment where service, safety and community feel go hand-in-hand.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will lead day operations on site, ensuring residents, guests and contractors receive outstanding service while the estate remains safe, compliant and running smoothly. You'll coordinate a small team, oversee inspections and reporting, and respond swiftly to incidents or enquiries with practical, people-first solutions.

- Your team is engaged, well-briefed and consistently follows agreed SOPs.
- Contractors are well-managed, with permits, RAMS and works completed safely.
- Communication is clear, proactive and solutions-focused across all stakeholders.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Leading and supporting the on-site team, running briefings and allocating tasks.
- Being the main point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Conducting regular estate and H&S inspections, logging actions and following through to resolution.
- Coordinating contractors, permits to work and access, and monitoring quality of works.
- Managing incidents and emergencies, liaising with external services where required.
- Keeping accurate records and reports updated across systems and handover notes.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Experience in residential estates, hotels or premium customer-focused environments.
- Familiarity with H&S procedures, site inspections, risk awareness and incident response.
- Exposure to contractor coordination, permits to work and basic building operations.
- Comfortable using property or facilities systems for logging, reporting and handovers.
- A full clean UK driving licence to support occasional valet duties.
