Shifts: Full time 37.5 hours. Monday - Saturday between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Current hours are 8am - 5:30pm but must be fully flexible should these change.
Training Duration: 1 Week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Within this role you will provide support and guidance to candidates interested in starting a journey to teach in Further Education. This may involve chatting through the qualifications required, the application process, various teacher training courses and the funding for teacher training.
You could be talking to school leavers interested in a teaching career and the requirements, or perhaps a university student looking at available opportunities at the end of their course. You will also talk to mature students, hoping to embark on a career in teaching and the available funding, providing accurate information and advice.
We are looking for people with a passion for customer service, building relationships with customers and want to be part of helping them achieve their career goals.
What else do we need from you?
Confident, professional and friendly attitude that revolves around seeking to understand our candidates, and presenting information that will act to educate them, or help them progress on their journey.
Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships and a dedicated approach to providing an exceptional level of service
Resilience and the ability to engage with a variety of people in a fast-paced, engaging environment
A good level of written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to show attention to detail
Good computer skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems with ease and a good consistent typing speed
Flexibility, great attendance and good time keeping to make sure you are available for our customers.
