Job Overview

Start Date: Monday 24th of January, 7th of February and 21st of February 2022
Salary: £ 18,525 - £9.50p/h
Site: Tyne River House Gateshead
Shifts: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 -17:00
Training Duration: 1 week onsite training, one week grad-bay, 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri in the contact centre & then move to work from home if you wish
Contract: Permanent
Required ID: Passport or Birth Cert, National Insurance Number and Address Proof is required (dated in the last 3 month). Criminal background check will be complete by Teleperformance.

The Role

Working as part of a team you will work in a busy fast paced environment and be proactive. Our callers want to talk to people who'll listen, ask the right questions and offer the solutions they need.

We need great people with customer service experience and good computer skills to fill them. You will be supporting colleagues in Funeral homes to deliver the greatest quality of care. To be the first point of contact for those at need and helping them in the first steps of arranging a funeral by welcoming them and connecting them with the relevant team/s. You must appreciate that there is only one opportunity to deliver the perfect final tribute.

Skills needed to be a Customer Service Representative

We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Customer Service experience
Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.
PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
A good consistent typing speed
Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment
