Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to glasses, contact lenses, prescriptions, and optical products.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and prescription requirements.
- Manage appointment bookings, order processing, and aftercare support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with optical industry standards.
- Collaborate with the optical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support administrative tasks such as stock checks, order tracking, and documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an optical environment (opticians, optical retail, or optical customer support).
- Strong understanding of optical terminology, prescriptions, and product types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident using computer systems and customer management software.
- A customer-first mindset with a professional and friendly approach.
