Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Center based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1BG.As our Customer Service Advisor you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.What's in it for you?

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:The main purpose of your role is to provide a property management and tenancy administrationsupport service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will co-ordinate safety checks, liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in time and to agreed standards & provide support to the branch network.Skills and experience required to be a successful Customer Service Advisor:

• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
