Uxbridge West London - Hybrid Working Available
Starting Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, plus up to £5,000 yearly in bonus
The Company
This exciting opportunity to work for a well-established and expanding Accident Management Company who look to provide clients with replacement vehicles following a non-fault accident. The company have been established for over 27 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and as a result of this are looking to recruit for a driven and personable person to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new customer referral calls
- Sell the company and our many benefits to maximise hire vehicle opportunities
- Use a variety of resources to investigate key factors such as cause, accident-related damage and fraudulent behaviour
- Arrangement of a replacement vehicle while theirs is off the road
- Empathetic to the clients situation
- Identify key requirements for replacement vehicles
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Great on the phone and ideally previous call handling experience
- Recent customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone
- A confident communicator
- Friendly bubbly individuals who value teamwork
- Have an interest in further developing your skills and experience
- Ideally an interest in the automotive industry or willing to learn
The Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit someone who is bubbly, friendly and who has a great passion for customer service. The role calls for someone who is happy to work in a fast paced role, is confident, eager to learn and a real people person.
Hours:
Mon - Friday
Approx one Saturday per month 0900 - 1500 paid on top of salary
