Customer Care Agent / Administrator

Overview:

Ella shoes is a fast growing shoe online retailer and wholesaler, selling stock via its own online platform, TikTok shop and other social media channels.

We are looking for a friendly, personable and enthusiastic person to join our team. This person must be able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer enquiries in a professional, positive and prompt manner
• Work to resolve all customer queries, complaints & logistical issues
• Dealing with return items
• Assisting behind the scenes with Ella live Tik Tok shows

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working in a customer service orientated role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent software skills, particularly Outlook & Word (Excel also preferred).
• Ability to multi-task and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Commercial social media marketing skills

Package:

• £23 - £25k basic salary
