Key Responsibilities:

• Chase overdue retailer debts via phone, email, and letter.
• Manage aged debt and maintain DSO days.
• Handle account openings, credit checks, and ledger postings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve outstanding queries.
• Build strong relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

• B2B and B2C credit control experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage accounts independently.
