A progressive Construction Consultancy based in Sheffield is on the lookout for an experienced and self-motivated Construction Project Manager to join their expanding team.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse array of projects spanning Commercial, Residential, Retail, Public, and Leisure sectors.
The Construction Project Manager Role
As a Project Manager, you will be involved in managing a variety of complex and stimulating projects. The role demands not only the delivery of your workload to the highest standard but also the mentorship of junior team members, nurturing their development within the consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading projects across multiple sectors, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Maintaining effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
- Ensuring project objectives are met within the set timelines and budgets.
The Construction Project Manager
- Must be accredited or working towards accreditation with RICS, APM, CIOB, or similar professional bodies.
- Ideally holds a qualification in Project Management, such as Prince2.
- Possesses experience working in a construction consultancy or client-side organisation.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively towards targets and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Is committed, enthusiastic, and possesses a strong drive for professional excellence.
