Commercial Parts Assistant

Role:

To be based out of a commercial dealership in Sutton In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Rota:

Package:

Circa £26 600 to £28 500 depending on experience

Candidate:

Must be able to deal with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email (mandatory)
Needs to be organised, have a keen eye to detail and ability to build relationships (mandatory)
Will have proven steady employment history with evidence such as references (mandatory)
Can drive, max 6 points on licence and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
Should be presentable, professional and have excellent customer service skills (mandatory)
Shall work well as part of a team and on own initiative (mandatory)
Ought to be computer literate to utilise dealership systems and all MS Office applications (mandatory)
May have worked in a parts department for an auto or plant dealership (desirable)
Would have previous experience in an automotive, engineering or plant environment (desirable)
Could be from a mechanical background and have history working in an administrative capacity with Workshop Managers, VMU Managers, garage owners, Foreman, Technicians and Mechanics etc (desirable)
May have worked in retail for Euro Car Parts, Halfords, Kwik Fit etc (desirable)
Might be well adverse in dealership systems and IT literate (desirable)
