Clinical Director

Salary up to £100,000 FTE depending on experience We are looking to recruit a Clinical Director to lead the first opinion team. Our ideal candidate is a driven and passionate Veterinary Surgeon who will take the group from strength to strength. This is an ideal role for an experienced Vet who has worked in a large-multisite practice, but we are open to hearing from someone looking to take the next steps in their career. This is a maternity cover position for approximately 12 months.

As Clinical Director you will be responsible for the delivery of clinical activities and the commercial performance of the entire group. You will develop the strategic direction for Rowe as part of the IVCE Evidensia group. You will work closely with the Group Practice Manager and Clinical Leads to ensure the group continues to perform exceptionally both as a growing business but also as a Group that drives clinical excellence.

Our Exceptional Practice We have six veterinary practices in the North Bristol area. Our 24-hour hospital is located in Bradley Stoke, we have branch practices at Yate, Thornbury, Winterbourne, Brimsham and Wotton-under-Edge.
We have 200+ staff including around 50 vets, with multiple certificate holders in various disciplines and an attached referrals division. More About You This is an ideal role for someone who is a progressive thinker and is willing to present alternative ways of working, in line with accepted, up-to-date, evidence-based principles. As Clinical Director you will be a key player in day-to-day management of the Group. We are looking for someone who is confident in guiding and coaching colleagues and someone who is keen to improve their own professional knowledge and experience continually.

You will need to be able to build relationships and rapport with colleagues, clients and our external stakeholders, ensuring you have the confidence to make your own decisions that best serve the group.
