Using financial data, category insights, and consumer trends, you'll implement strategic initiatives that strengthen relationships with retail customers and deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored strategies and insights for retail partners
• Manage and innovate own-label ranges
• Utilise data to guide product recommendations, promotions, and category growth
• Foster strong customer relationships, positioning the company as a trusted advisor
• Track performance metrics and maximise ROI while delivering on KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree in business or marketing
• Experience in category management, data analysis, and implementing retail strategies
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Safety and food compliance training provided
• Emphasis on adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management preferred
