Carpenter based in the Leicester region required to work with a leading Housing Association.
I am looking for an experienced carpenter to carry out reative and planned repairs on tenanted social housing properties across the Leicester, Market Harbourgh and wider East Midlands region.
Work will include carrying out 2nd fix carpentry repairs ranging from hanging doors, lock replacements, replacing skirting and archatrives.
This is a permament positon working a standard 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. An out of hours rota is in place and candidates will be expect to carry out out of hours calls out on a 1 in 3 weeks basis.
Salary: 31,808 basis OTE with out of hours 35,000 plus.

Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Carpentry
- You will have experience of delivering carpentry repair work on domestic properties
- Full UK Driving Licence
