We are looking for a Campaign Manager to look after the 360-campaign process. Within this role you will be responsible for the development, roll-out and on-going management of the marketing campaigns. You will project manage each campaign liaising with internal teams and agencies.
Principal Accountabilities
- Plan and manage all campaigns and associated project work
- Engage with external agency relationships, for media planning, buying, creative and reporting
- Internal and external reporting on campaigns, the brands and their performance
- Champion the customer journey offline and online and maximise every touch point
- Support in the delivery of incremental revenue growth via new sales channels
- Budget management specifically for campaigns activity
- Work closely with brand team to ensure communications are on brand.

- Campaign budget management
- Ensuring value for money from suppliers
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in campaign marketing, planning and execution.
- Working with and in a multi-skilled marketing team
- Marketing qualifications, preferably at degree level/CIM
- Key experience in building and managing several concurrent integrated campaigns
- Experience of measuring and demonstrating a clear ROI
- Commercially focused. Strong commercial awareness, both in negotiating and revenue
- Able to understand and analyse research evidence quickly and build strategies from the data
- Ability to influence a variety of people in agencies, peers, directors and external stakeholders
- Managing external agencies (creative/media)
- Effective management of campaign budgets
- Development and implementation of agreed marketing strategies
