Campaign Management Team Lead
Change Digital Recruitment are currently working on behalf of well-established UK retail bank to recruit a Campaign Management Team Lead. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland this company are one of the UK's most recognised brands and offer a wide range of financial services and products to retail consumers.
The position of Campaign Management Team Lead is responsible for the design and deployment of direct marketing outbound customer contact campaigns and managing the team to effectively deliver these campaigns.
Key responsibilities for the role will include
Championing an environment of test and learn, continually seeking improvements to ways of working.
Manage the campaign management team resource plan, scheduling new and recurring campaign work, liaising with internal teams to plan effectively and avoid customer contact conflict. Playing an active leadership role across Marketing with accountability for managing priorities and resources for campaign management
Directing the application and design of campaign software and tools that are aligned to commercial priorities and supplier Management of external data consultants, responsible for creating the Marketing Single Customer View.
Support the selection, implementation and utilisation of a new campaign management tool and ensure that the new tool is used to its maximum potential and in the most effective way to support short-, medium- and long-term customer contact strategies.
Ensure the customer is accurately represented, correctly targeted, and relevantly communicated with across all direct marketing communications and touchpoints.
Experience and skills required for the role
Direct analysts in a range of campaign management and data techniques.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to influence at executive level.
Lead team development and talent management.
Experience of leading technical experts.
Experience of developing and delivering plans in challenging, resource constrained environments.
Good communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
