Call Centre Manager
Due to a major restructure & continued growth, Eden Mobility Ltd, the UK's largest, independent, age care retailer is currently recruiting for a Call Centre Manager for our busy head office in Scunthorpe.
You will be responsible for managing outgoing calls to our wonderful, elderly, existing customers for both our Customer Service and Sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with previous management experience and a proven track record.You must be computer literate and have drive and ambition to succeed.This is an entirely new role within our business and you will be starting this role from scratch.
We offer a full time, permanent position with a 20 year old business, a generous salary and bonus packages, along with a nice working environment. You will receive 20 days holiday allowance plus all bank holidays, rising to 21 after 1 years' service. We also offer an incentive to earn extra days through non-sickness.
Your hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm, plus every other Saturday 8.30 - 2pm, there is no Sunday working.
