Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to work for one of the world s most iconic brands and join the head office team of Porsche Retail Group, headquartered in Reading.
In this key role for our group, the Business Analyst will ensure that PRG is effectively identifying the current key drivers and trends across the retail group and within the motor retail industry by analysing data and presenting it in a clear and understandable format. You will understand and present the results to key stakeholders to assist in making business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Finance Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager you will identify run rates and trends to identify the future impact to the business, improve and automate reporting where possible, and work closely with the Finance Department, Business Development & Operational Managers throughout the Group.
You will be comfortable with various data modelling techniques to analyse and present data, and ideally have an understanding and experience of Business Intelligence tools. You will be a team player but also be able to take the initiative to work on your own. You will be confident to work at all levels within the organisation, fact find as necessary, and have excellent communication skills.
We d love to hear from you if you have:
- A strong Business Analyst background working within Finance, and ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA or other relevant qualification).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences.
- A solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and experience of using data modelling techniques including (but not essential) Business Intelligence tools.
- A track record of performing in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably with prior motor industry experience.
- Confidence in your ability, with a drive for delivering change and success within an organisation.

- This role is a full-time opportunity based at our Headquarters in Reading on a hybrid basis of three days in the office and two days at home, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
- A basic salary of £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
- Bonus of up to 15% of basic salary.
