Branch Manager Designate
Covering London branches
£35K – £40K PA – Company car/allowance and company bonus.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Branch Manager Designate to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists, bringing to life the Northgate and Auxillis experience for colleagues and customers. The role is designed to provide support to both Northgate and Auxillis branches as we move to combine the businesses. This is an integrational opportunity in the London region to provide management support to all branches, whilst learning the operational side of the business.
As Branch Manager Designate, you will focus on supporting our customers to keep their business promises – heading teams that gives an exceptional customer experience whilst working to the highest technical and quality standards.
Being able to manage people is an essential quality for this position and leading people to deliver excellent results.
You will be responsible to support the performance across all aspects of the branches including rental activity, workshop performance and customer relationships, we are looking to you to develop results-focused teams that maximise revenue opportunities, drive innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, deliver on our service commitment to customers.
About you
Realistically, it’s a must that you are already successfully working in a supervisory or management capacity with a vehicle rental or car hire business – you know how to build and manage a team to deliver exceptional vehicle solutions to your customers and have at least 3 years of management experience.
You have a common sense, commercially minded business approach – you know what makes a great workplace and how to maximise efficiencies and identify opportunities to produce outstanding results.
You get involved in every part of your business – you take pride in understanding exactly what makes your business tick and lead by example, setting high standards.
You are a natural coach and love to share your knowledge with others – nothing gives you more job satisfaction than seeing a colleague you have supported doing well.
You have a passion for customer service – you understand what is important to your customers and suppliers. If there is an issue, as Branch Manager, you will know just how to solve it.
