Your Role:As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You'll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hold a Full UK driving license.
