As an experienced Branch Manager, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, maximise branch revenue through quality of instructions and support and develop your team

What's on offer to you

Basic annual salary £22,000 - £27,500 depending on your experience + guaranteed monthly amount whilst you build your pipeline for months 1-5 up to £2,250pcm

Uncapped Commission scheme.

  • 2-2.5% of monthly banking through the following sources of income:
    • Estate Agency
    • Financial Services
    • New Homes
    • Legal
    • 5 star service
  • Once £30,000 profit target is met, your monthly banking will increase to 4% through your numerous sources of income
  • Year-end bonus if £30,000 profit target is met:
    • 4% of profit up to £100,000
    • 8% on the next £100,000
    • 12%+ on the next £100,000
  • Refer a landlord - * Outside M25 £75* * Inside M25 £100* per landlord
  • New Homes referrals, once the third sale is exchanged, you will earn a bonus of:
    • 1-4 units £500
    • 5-10 units £750
    • 11-20 units £1,000
    • 21-49 units £2,000
    • 50+ units £3,000
  • Land referrals, 75% of the land fee
  • Homebuyers referral, £50 per homebuyers report
  • £75 bonus for every listing over your target of 4 listings p/week

There may be a requirement to work from home on occasion so we are looking for you to be self motivated and proactive

The finer details

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  1. Full UK Driving Licence
  2. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  3. We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

  1. Proof of Address
  2. National Insurance
  3. Drivers Licence Check
