Job Title: Support Worker

Information: This role is shift work. Driver, full UK driving licence, is desired not essential
What do our Support Workers do?
Supporting someone isn't just personal care; it's so much more.
Orchard View is a residential service for adults aged 18+ with autism spectrum conditions and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge.
At Orchard View, individuals are supported in taking part in a range of activities in the community in order to boost confidence, and social communication skills. This includes football, cinema, swimming, and local clubs such as music, drama and arts and crafts. People are also be supported with independence skills such as personal care, cleaning, laundry, shopping and meal preparation.
What experience do you need?
You don't need to have experience to be a good Support Worker. If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, this is for you.
You'll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Math is also required.
