What do our Support Workers do?
Supporting someone isn't just personal care; it's so much more.
Bradwell House is a residential service for adults aged 24-60 with learning disabilities, epilepsy, visual impairments, and behavioural and emotional difficulties.
At Bradwell House, each person has an individualised activity plan tailored to their likes and dislikes. This includes trampolining, cycling, swimming and music sessions to name a few.
Those living at Bradwell House regularly access local facilities as well as education services and local clubs.
What experience do you need?
You don't need to have experience to be a good Support Worker. If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, this is for you.
You'll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Math is also required.
