I am partnered with an award-winning Microsoft Azure consultancy who are urgently seeking to hire an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team.
You will be working with a variety of clients – think telco, health, finance, media, retail and much more! – and focus on Azure based application development, integration and cloud infrastructure.

The Role
You will be responsible for designing, building and supporting complex infrastructure and cloud-based services, capturing non-functional requirements and defining technical solutions to proposals – RFPs
Support the development of technical architectures, implementation strategies, migration plans and roadmaps; Document as-is and to-be architectures; Input in the development of projects;
Support the delivery of infrastructure projects such as design and delivery, migration of workloads from on prem to Azure, deployment of and configuration of network/security appliances etc.
Your Profile
- You must have proven experience with Microsoft / Azure technologies – Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, DNS, SQL, Azure ASR, RBAC, Express Route, Vnets etc.
- Experience with Terraform is highly desirable
- Must hold BSc degree in Computer Science/Technology subject with a minimum grade of 2.1 or MSc degree with minimum grade of Merit
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with customers / clients
- Experience working as a consultant or an engineer (or similar role) for a large organisation with a complex IT estate
- Experience delivering infrastructure/cloud solutions
- Experience delivering migration projects (AD migrations , mailbox migration, file migrations, Application migrations etc)
- Experience producing technical documentation
