We are seeking an ambitious temporary Assistant Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in creating a friendly, customer-focused environment that delivers excellent results and a positive workplace.
Your role will include motivating the team, engaging with customers, and working towards the store's sales targets. As a community retailer, you will also encourage local engagement to achieve top results.
While working hard, we believe in keeping the environment fun! There are excellent growth opportunities, including the potential to manage your own store in the future.
Applicants should have management retail experience and a passion for customer service. Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, including team management and engagement, is essential.
