Role: Cinnabon Assistant Manager
Location: Bedminster, BS3 4JY **NEW STORE OPENING!!**
Hours: Full-Time 30 Hours Contract Available
Salary: £10.05 per hour
Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!
What will my role look like?
As a Cinnabon Assistant Manager you will work hand in hand with our General Manager to inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and also help drive the profitability of the store, because our stores are so popular and busy, we need strong management teams to ensure the stores run efficiently and achieve set goals. You will also be involved in stock takes, deliveries, banking / finance duties and assisting in the training and development of the team.
You will utilize your motivational and leadership skills to engage with the team to ensure a fast, friendly and heavenly experience is delivered throughout the store. You will be rolling your sleeves up and making, baking and frosting our famous Cinnabon products & beverages, you will be the Cinnabon expert in ensuring all of our sweet treats are made to the highest standards.
Your main responsibility is to work closely with the store manager to ensure the team is operating smoothly and providing the best customer service experience and to ensure all of the team feels welcomed and part of the family.

What would my main responsibilities be?
- Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive sales and increase profitability
- Assist with training new colleagues and welcoming them into the team
- Complete administration, stock take and banking / finance duties
- Provide a fantastic customer service experience
- Prepare and serve our popular well-loved products
- Ensure that our restaurants look presentable and vibrant
- Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun
