Our client is looking for a strong retail Assistant Manager to join the team in their Keswick Store.
Youll be a key partner to the Store Manager, creating a seamless experience for all customers whilst combining your love for the outdoors with your drive, enthusiasm and leadership skills!
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with core operational processes relating to inventory and stock, audits, and banking
- Being a role model to inspire the team to deliver a premium level of customer service
- Creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience by connecting with customers to understand their specific needs and wants
- Leading and motivating the store team in the Store Managers absence
- Working closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of presentation across the store and implementing seasonal campaigns and promotions

- Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve group objectives
- A customer-first approach with experience in supporting customers find the perfect product for their adventures
- An understanding of how a store operates, including: compliance, processes, and visual merchandising
