Our client is a dynamic forward thinking New Homes Agency providing a full range of sales services to Developers, Housebuilders and Individuals and they are seeing an Assistant Account Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
The Assistant Account Manager will provide assistance and administrative support to the Account Manager, they will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.
First point of contact for answering the phone
Booking viewings from phone/email enquiries (confirming position and qualification)
Requesting feedback from all viewings, over the phone/email and relaying this to the vendor where applicable.
Taking offers over the phone (ensuring all relevant information taken down and full details of the property/reservation notes given) before passing to the relevant Account manager.
Send Appraisal updates to Developer clients
Adding new property instructions to our CRM and Marketing reports and ensuring that the valuer updates their write up.
Prepare Vendors terms and Marketing plans cross checking with instructions.
Order EPC’s for properties that require them
Ensure All ID/Proof of addresses and proof of finances are obtained from vendors and buyers in accordance with the anti Money Laundering procedures
Managing the Marketing spreadsheet to keep track of when we are due to instruct a second agent, price reductions, Prepare and send Sale agreed letters once Account Manager instructs
Send reservation forms and obtain reservations fees on PX sales where applicable.
Chase solicitors details and create Memorandum of Sales within 48 hours
Once Exchanged arrange key collections
Order For Sale board when we go live and collect once exchanged or withdrawn.
Salary is £22,500
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9-5.30 and Fridays 9-5pm
You will be asked occasionally to work the odd weekend if they have events on for clients or need the phones covering over the weekend.
