Area Sales Representative – The Role:

Do you desire a job with a company that is challenging the market status quo, is fast-growing and can give you great potential for the future?

You will be responsible for driving sales of bathrooms & related products to plumber’s merchants, bathroom showrooms, multiples and other retailers of the related sector.

To achieve your targets you will need to apply excellent business development and account management skills whilst on-field sales visits.

You will be backed up by a strong team to remove the admin required, and we will plan routes and visits for you.

Role Responsibilities;

  • Area sales role promoting a range of bathroom solutions, furniture, baths, basins and kitchen brassware products. You will need to visit accounts in person and build relationships & rapport to grow their business alongside yours.
  • You will ensure customers are satisfied with our products including constantly adding our newly launched lines.
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic plans.
  • Manage and deliver targeted profitable growth.
  • Effective credit management of accounts and timely settlement.

Area Sales Representative – What we need from you:

Desire Bathrooms is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Representative for the London Area. You must be resilient, self-motivated and have a successful sales track record.

We want candidates who wish for a longstanding and successful career, who have a strong and honest work ethic, and who communicate to a high standard, both face-to-face and through electronic means.

  • 2+ years’ demonstrable Sales experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of key levers, trends and insights as well as an understanding of key international suppliers in the UK market.
  • Proven track record of key account management/ area account management.
  • Well organised and Resilient
  • The ability and experience of challenging customer views to gets results
  • Experience and contact with customers in the London area would be advantageous
