An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Architect to join a leading AJ100 multi-disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield.
This role offers the chance to join a busy retail team, contributing to the delivery of fast-paced, high-volume projects across the UK, with a strong focus on construction stages (RIBA Stages 4 6).

The Role
We are seeking an Architect with around 3 years post-qualification experience to join a dynamic and busy retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their technical and delivery expertise.
The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the later stages of projects (RIBA Stages 4 6), focusing on technical design, production information, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4 6
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- Working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Assisting with on-site coordination and project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with current building regulations and standards
- Contributing to the efficient delivery of multiple fast-paced retail projects
Key Requirements
- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect with circa 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience working on UK-based projects, ideally within retail, commercial, or similar fast-paced sectors
- Strong technical ability with experience in construction stages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit experience would be advantageous
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
