Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in central Edenbridge who are currently looking for a part time Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
The role offers up to 16 hours per week, however in peak business times there is opportunity to increase hours. Ideally it will be 4 hours per day over 4 days, Monday-Thursday. (However, the client might be able to offer flexibility)
The ideal candidate will have solid administration and communication skills gained working in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to the business
- Assist the team with general administration tasks
- Assist with database inputting
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with receipts / invoices
- Update weekly report sheets
- Diary management
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Support staff with emails and activities as required
- Provide ad hoc support around office as required
- Assist with event collateral
- Filing
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
