ACCOUNT MANAGER - FMCG EVENTS
£35K - £50K
Major Players are working with a brand agency that creates, delivers and supports projects worldwide. Their work generates consumer attention, turning casual observers into devoted followers of brands. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing client services team.
You will be leading and growing accounts mainly in the FMCG sector while delivering world-class campaigns; working from the Tring office up to 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship and take, taking responsibility with overall client success and satisfaction
- Work within your team to ensure that all key project documents including status reports, contact reports and timing plans are delivered to the Client on time and to the required standard
- Have a thorough understanding of your department's roles and responsibilities and all of the agency's processes. Actively strive for best practice across all projects working with other team members to ensure a consistently high standard across the whole agency.
- Take responsibility for the financial reporting of designated accounts.
- Own account growth plans for each account and demonstrate how you will help develop each account
- Lead and coordinate pitch presentations and material/collateral with the relevant departments and staff
- Alongside agency colleagues, present creative responses, strategy and insight ideas and concepts to the client
Skills & Experience
Must have:
- Over 2 years in agency brand communications ideally in the FMCG sector
- Experience working as a successful Account Manager or Senior Account Exec
- Strong Client Servicing experience
- Ability to spot opportunities
- A track record of developing client leads, pitches and presentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
- Keen eye for detail
- A creative approach to every project and opportunity
Salary & Perks
Location - Flexible with up to 2 days a week in the Tring office
Salary - £35,000 - £50,000 Depending on Experience
