To support this work, we have an exciting job opportunity for a Business to Business Product Sales Account Executive.
Part of the Retail Commercial Product Team, the B2B Telesales Product Sales Account Executive will focus on supporting business sales within the unit. This will be done by managing a cross category selection of business accounts and making sure that they are kept up to date on new products, special offers and secure growth in sales orders placed by the trade customers.
Account Executive Requirements:
A key aspect to the role is data entry, processing on average 240 orders a month to a high level of accuracy within agreed service level agreements to ensure that trade customers can support members of the blind and partially sighted community.
You will be supporting this high-performing team to raise vital funds through sales of retail products. You will become part of a team that is measured against its success in service level and sales growth. This involves the use of KPI (key performance indicators) to ensure that members of the team deliver effectively for all customers.
This is an exciting time to join us, as we are experiencing substantial growth within business sales both in the UK and Internationally and this will be reflected in the ongoing expectations within the retail income budget for 2021/2022.
