Account Director - Facilities Management
Experienced Facilities Professional with Account Leadership experience required to manage UK IFM account, overseeing locations in Cambridgeshire and Cheshire and owning the client relationship and overall performance of account.
Role Responsibilities
- Relationship, process, people, compliance and budget management for a large/complex site or multiple sites. Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Oversee team to ensure a culture of safety, customer service, compliance and quality.
- Oversight of capital and operating budget development and management; oversee financial reporting for client
- Develop overall workflow to meet SLAs. Ensures compliance across operations at the site(s).
- With supply chain identify opportunities to deliver differentiated value through quality, innovation or cost improvements. Work in conjunction with central supply chain programs and account specific programs to support client specific needs. Lead the Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program, including meeting governance requirements and scorecard review.
- Manage and lead teams, ensure training and performance reviews are completed
- Support operational expense budget process across functional partners in support of client objectives. Ensure budget targets are met for site(s).
- Client service and experience focus; sets communications protocol for team
- Implement site-level innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity. encourage team to be innovative in client service / problem solving
- Lead in participation of local JLL and Account innovation programs. Redeploy innovations learnt from other account teams. Demonstrate to Client JLL innovation effort.
Required Experience
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Business acumen including financial planning and analysis. Must be able to manage within budget and time constraints
- Ability to matrix manage technical and administrative staff
- Proven track record of experience in Facilities Management
