Location: Newbury, Newark, Manchester or Glasgow (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Hours: 7 days per week 0800 - 2100, operating on a shift basis

Our network operations teams ensure our customers remain connected to their Vodafone services 24/7, constantly monitoring and enhancing network performance. What will you be doing?
You will be part of a newly formed, enthusiastic ring-fenced dedicated Broadband Engineering team, to deliver first contact resolution for premium customers whilst working closely with Vodafone technical teams at all levels, 3rd Parties and the customer to enhance the customer's experience. You will manage customer queries through to resolution, taking ownership of customer technical issues, and be the 1st line customer-facing technical expert within Tech Ops to support customers contacting the WiFi Doctor team.
Who are we looking for?
- Knowledge of Vodafone products and services
- In-depth knowledge of customer services
- In-depth knowledge of BAU operational support teams within the business
- Experience of supporting the customer's in-life technical requirements into Vodafone while considering KPIs, SLAs and long-term objectives etc.
- Customer service experience preferably in an inbound customer service team.
