An established building products manufacturer that works alongside well-known builders merchants and various retailers in the DIY and building products sector. This is a varied role, where you will be given full autonomy, working alongside a supportive line manager and team.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Client Building Products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Account Management: Oversee key accounts, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and areas for product improvement.
- Reporting & Follow-Up: Participate in review meetings and provide regular performance updates.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the building products industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
